One of the things I love about Fabulous Fun Finds is all the acquaintances I have made across the WORLD! Each day I am in contact with website owners, giveaway winners, other mommy bloggers, PR representatives and loyal blog followers. I love it! These connections allow me to create a venue perfect for helping those in need as well. When I email Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique last week with her squeaky shoe giveaway winner's information a particular blog post of hers caught my eye. A young mother of three and friend of Kim recently lost her husband in a plane crash along with two other family members. Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique generously donated all her profits for one dedicated day to the Mingo Family. With all my contacts I knew I could find some generous companies willing to donate items to raise money for the Mingo Family as well. On September 29 & 30 items will be posted to raise money to help this young mother raise her family! Petunia Pickle Bottom has already committed a Raspberry Creme Society Satchel ($325) to the cause! I must say I love Petunia Pickle Bottom products and their continued generosity has made me a loyal customer for life! Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique will also be donating a Black V Neck Rhinestone Tee and a Coffee Rhinestone Crown Belted Handbag.
Bidding will begin on September 29 and close midnight on September 30! Highest bidders will make a paypal payment directly into an account set up for the Mingo Family. Once the item has been paid for the featured company will send out the donated item to the highest bidder. Mark the date and save your money! Your generosity will be greatly appreciated!
