A California Caramel Company apple arrived just in time for me to step on the plane to meet my family. I placed the apple in my carryon and that night sat around my parents kitchen table and offered a piece to my father, grandmother and brother in law. My grandmother said, "I am not a fan of caramel apples" before I gave her a piece. Then she took a slice and then another and then another. Yes, these apples are scrumptious and far better than any caramel apple I have made myself. I like to think a healthy way to get a daily dose of chocolate as well! The caramel is handcrafted by scratch and is quite amazing! The apples are then dipped in chocolate or white chocolate and sprinkled with various toppings!
