Spring has sprung in the desert and I am slowly starting to pack away my family's winter clothes. I don't know about you, but I am ready for fresh colors and patterns for myself and my children. I selected the Oopsy Daisy Ruffles Capri Set for my 2 year old to review and she looks GORGEOUS in this outfit.
